Can I use a domain I already own?
Yes. Your domain stays where you bought it. After you order, we send you two small DNS changes to make, or you can give us access and we make them with you. Your site is live as soon as they take effect, usually within an hour.
Will my business email work on my domain?
Yes. Every plan includes mailboxes on your own domain, such as [email protected], with webmail. We set the mail records for you and check them so your messages are not marked as spam.
I already have a website on another host. Can you move it?
Yes. We copy your files, database and email, test the new copy, and switch your domain only when it works. Your site stays online throughout.
How do I pay?
In cedis, by mobile money or card. You see every price before you approve it, and you can cancel future renewals at any time.
What happens if my site is hacked?
